Bank and network codes, one tap away
Quick Codes gathers the USSD codes for Nigerian banks, mobile networks and ID services in one place, so you never have to remember them. It also checks your airtime and data balance and can show it in your notifications.
Everything in Quick Codes.
Codes for MTN, Airtel, Glo, T2 (9mobile), 17 banks and payment apps, NIN, BVN and NCC services.
Type an amount, account or phone number into a simple form and Quick Codes builds the right code for you.
Any transfer shows the full code, reads back your details and warns you before you tap Dial to confirm.
It refuses any field for a PIN, password, OTP or CVV; your bank asks for those in its own menu.
Check your balance per SIM and see the network's reply shown and read for you.
Optional background balance checks only use codes your network publishes as free, never while roaming, and at most every 3 hours.
Pick which SIM a code runs on.
Each code is marked as from the provider's own site or a reputable secondary source, with links.
Coming soon: Online catalogue updates are switched off until the signed update file is published; codes come from the copy built into the app.
Up and running in three steps.
- Pick your bank, network or ID service.
- Choose what you want to do and fill in any details.
- Check the code and tap Dial; your bank or network takes it from there.
Nothing you type is stored, not amounts, account or phone numbers, and the code list is built into the app and signature-checked; it does not download updates in this version.
Quick Codes questions.
01Will Quick Codes ever ask for my PIN?
No. It rejects any PIN, password or OTP field. Your bank asks for the PIN in its own menu after dialling.
02Do balance checks cost money?
Automatic checks only send codes the network publishes as free (Airtel's *310# today). A check you tap yourself may use any balance code. Bank USSD sessions are charged by your network.
03Can I use it without a SIM?
You can browse and copy codes, but you need a SIM to dial them.
