01Delete your account in CubeLine
This is the quickest way, and it works the same on Android, iPhone and CubeOS phones:
- Open CubeLine and go to Settings.
- Tap Security, then Delete account.
- Read what will be deleted, then enter your password to confirm.
- Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out on every device.
Before you delete: your crypto stays in your wallet, but only your keys can reach it. To keep using it, export your recovery phrase or wallet private key first, in Settings › Wallet & Keys. Withdraw any Naira balance to your bank first too.
02If you can't open the app
Write to support@egoras.com with the subject "Delete my account" and include your Cubeline number and username. Because CubeLine accounts have no email address, we will ask you to prove the account is yours, for example by sending us a message from it in CubeLine or by confirming details only the owner knows. We delete the account within 30 days of confirming, and tell you when it is done.

Cubeline record on Cube ChainCleared: your Cubeline no longer points to your wallet or messaging ID. The number is retired and not given to anyone else.
Channels you createdDeleted, with their posts.
Explore (dating) profileYour profile, photos, matches and location are deleted.
04What is kept, and for how long
DataWhy it stays
Naira deposit and withdrawal recordsKept as long as Nigerian financial and anti-money-laundering law requires (generally 5 years), then deleted.
Blockchain transactionsPermanent. Past transactions on Cube Chain and other networks are public and cannot be erased by anyone.
Messages already deliveredThey live on the devices of the people you sent them to, encrypted for them. Undelivered messages expire on CubeNet within 14 days.
Reports you madeKept so we can act on abuse, without your account details.
Your walletIt is yours and not stored by us. It keeps working with your keys in any compatible wallet.
