01Our standard
Egoras has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion and trafficking. Any of it is forbidden in CubeLine: in chats, groups, channels, status updates, profiles and every other feature.
CubeLine is not for children under 13.
02How to report
- In the app: open the person's profile and tap Report User; for a group or channel, open its info and tap Report; for a status, tap the flag at the top. You can block the person in the same step so they can't contact you.
- By email: write to support@egoras.com with the Cubeline, username, group or channel involved. Do not attach or forward abusive images.
- If a child is in danger now, contact your local police straight away.
03What we do
- We review every child safety report as a priority.
- We remove the content we can reach (for example in public channels), and ban the accounts, usernames and Cubelines involved.
- We report child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and the Nigeria Police Force, and we cooperate with law enforcement as the law requires.
- We keep the account information we hold about reported accounts for law enforcement as the law allows.
Messages in CubeLine are end to end encrypted, so we cannot scan private conversations. Reports from users are how we find abuse there, so please report it.
04Child safety contact
