Close your rings, track your vitals
Cube Health counts your steps with the phone's low-power step counter and turns them into Move, Steps and Exercise rings. You can measure your heart rate with the camera, log vitals like blood pressure and glucose, and keep it all on your phone.
Everything in Cube Health.
Move, Steps and Exercise rings from the phone's step counter, with distance and active energy estimated.
Cover the rear camera and flash with a fingertip for 30 seconds to measure your pulse.
Record blood pressure, blood glucose, temperature, blood oxygen, weight, sleep, water and mood.
Reads heart rate from a ContiSX Watch, and can share or combine steps through the phone's shared health store.
Optional alerts when your resting heart rate estimate is unusually high or low.
Keep a streak going by closing your Move ring; no nagging reminders.
Create a PDF report of your readings to keep or show a doctor.
Lock the app behind your fingerprint, face or screen lock, with quick emergency numbers.
Coming soon: The Care tab (verified doctors, private consults and fee payments), doctors near you, sharing data with a doctor by link, and cloud sync are built in the app but depend on the Cube Health online service, whose address did not resolve when checked.
Up and running in three steps.
- Allow Motion & fitness so Health can count your steps.
- Add your height and weight for better estimates (optional).
- Check Summary each day and add readings when you take them.
Everything you record lives on the phone; the app has internet access, but only for optional cloud sync, sharing with a doctor and Care, which you have to turn on.
Cube Health questions.
01Does it use my location to count steps?
No. It reads the step-counter chip, and distance comes from your stride, not GPS.
02Is the camera heart rate a medical reading?
No. It's for wellness, not diagnosis, and can be thrown off by movement, cold fingers or nail polish.
03Does it track sleep automatically?
Only if you turn on the estimate. It is then labelled Estimated, because a phone can't tell sleep from lying still.
04Is my camera picture saved?
No. The camera only measures how light through your fingertip changes; no picture is saved or sent.
