A whole new phone, built around you.
CubeOS is the phone operating system from Egoras. A new home screen, a live island, a calm glass design and twenty-plus built-in apps, with updates signed by Egoras and an identity you own at its core.
Calm by design. Every app, one language.
Every CubeOS app is built from the same design system, so the whole phone looks, feels and moves the same way.
Content first
Controls float over your content as frosted glass and get out of the way. No heavy bars, no coloured headers.
Calm colour
One accent colour per app, used only for what you can tap. Everything else stays quiet.
Physical motion
Everything moves on springs. Buttons sink when you press them, and lists glide as items come and go.
Light and dark
Every screen is designed for both, and follows the look you choose.
Your home screen, rethought.
Cube Home is the CubeOS home screen: widgets for what matters, an App Library that keeps itself tidy, and everything else a swipe away.
Put your day on the home screen with widgets, like Health's activity rings. Every app is sorted in the App Library.
Swipe down for quick controls and your notifications, grouped and easy to clear.
Swipe up and your open apps fan out like a deck of cards. Flick between them, or toss one away.
Swipe to go home, go back and switch apps, with no buttons in the way.
What's happening, right around the camera.
A black pill fused with the front camera that changes shape, with spring physics, to show what is going on. Tap it to jump to the app, or hold it for controls.
Switch it on. Make it yours.
The first-run assistant takes you from the box to your home screen: language, Wi-Fi, your Cubeline, screen lock, privacy and appearance.
Everything you need, out of the box.
CubeOS comes with its own set of apps, all in the same design and all ready from the first screen.
A phone that knows NEPA took light.
CubeOS is built for everyday life in Nigeria, from power cuts and traffic to bank codes and the rainy season.
NEPA mode
When the power goes out for long, Battery's NEPA mode is a one-tap extreme saver to stretch your charge. Battery also shows health, usage by app and the time left.
Is there light, since when, and what staying powered costs, with fuel and generator logs and outage reports.
What is really happening on the road, reported by people stuck in it.
One-tap USSD for banks, networks and ID services, plus an airtime and data balance checker.
A 15-minute rain nowcast and opt-in flood alerts for Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt.
Alarms and timers, plus opt-in prayer times with a Qibla compass, and daily Bible verses.
Everyday maths with a naira converter.
Secure from the first boot. Private by default.
CubeOS checks itself every time it starts, installs only updates signed by Egoras, and keeps your most private things on the phone.
Verified boot
Each start, the phone checks that the system is the one Egoras signed. A changed system is caught before it runs.
Signed over-the-air updates
Cube Update downloads new versions of CubeOS straight to the phone, and installs only updates carrying the Egoras signature.
Private Locker
A hidden, encrypted vault for photos, videos, documents, notes and locked apps. No app icon, a decoy passcode, an intruder photo, and it never goes online.
Link Checker
Every link you tap is checked before it opens. Safe links open as normal; scam links get a full-screen warning naming the real site.
Face Unlock, honestly
Face Unlock opens the lock screen quickly, with your PIN always there. It never approves payments, app sign-ins or the Locker.
On-device by design
Health keeps your activity on the phone, and Call Notes, off by default, summarise calls without leaving it.
An identity the phone already knows.
Your Cubeline is the phone's own account. Phone, Messages, Contacts and the other built-in apps use it directly, so there are no extra sign-ups.
Calls from verified 28 lines ring royal, in gold. CubeOS checks on Cube Chain that the line belongs to the caller first.
Numbers you have not saved arrive marked "Not in your contacts", with Block one tap away.
Your Cubeline is also your Naira wallet, so money moves like a message.
Everything comes back with your 13 words.
Cubeline Backup encrypts your phone with your key and keeps it up to date, daily, on Wi-Fi while charging.
Switch on the new phone
In Cube Setup, choose Log in instead of creating a Cubeline.
Enter your line, password and key
Your Cubeline, your password and your 13 words, typed or scanned from the QR code.
Everything is back
Cubeline Backup restores what was on your old phone.

CubeOS questions.
The system, security and calls, answered.
01What is CubeOS?
The phone operating system from Egoras. It has its own home screen, design, live island and apps, runs the apps you already use, and builds in an identity you own: your Cubeline.
The system02Can I use my usual apps?
Yes. CubeOS runs the apps you already use. AppHub is built in for apps made for CubeOS, and installs and updates them in one place.
The system03What is Cube Island?
A black pill around the front camera that changes shape to show what is going on: calls, media, timers, navigation, downloads, charging and notifications. Tap it to open the app, or hold it for controls.
The system04Does CubeOS work in dark mode?
Yes. Every CubeOS screen is designed for both light and dark, and follows the setting you choose in Cube Setup.
The system05Who sends the updates?
Egoras. Every system update is signed with Egoras release keys and arrives over the air; the phone only installs updates it can verify, and checks itself every time it starts.
Security06Is Face Unlock safe?
Face Unlock uses the front camera, so CubeOS treats it as a convenience: it can unlock the screen, with your PIN or password always available, but it never approves payments, app sign-ins or the Private Locker.
Security07What is the Private Locker?
A hidden, encrypted vault for photos, videos, documents, notes and locked apps. It has no app icon, supports a decoy passcode, takes an intruder photo, and never goes online.
Security08What happens if I lose my phone?
Switch on the new CubeOS phone, log in with your Cubeline and password, and enter your 13 words. Cubeline Backup brings back your contacts, call log, chats, photos, music and videos.
Security09Can strangers call me?
They can, as a request. Calls from numbers you have not saved say "Not in your contacts", with Block one tap away.
Calls10What is the Elite crown?
Calls from verified 28 lines ring royal, in gold. CubeOS checks on Cube Chain that the line really belongs to the caller before it shows the crown.
