Never forget what was said
Call Notes listens to one-to-one CubeLine calls, with the other person's consent, and turns them into a short summary, decisions, to-dos, dates and amounts. Everything is worked out on the phone and you can search your past calls.
Everything in Call Notes.
A short summary, decisions and to-dos appear once the call ends.
Prices, amounts, dates and times mentioned in the call are listed for you.
Turn a to-do into a calendar event or an alarm in one tap.
Ask things like "what price did Emeka quote?" across your notes.
The other person hears a spoken notice and sees a banner with Decline; declining deletes everything from the call.
Share a note as text, or as a file for a spreadsheet or CRM.
Show or hide the full transcript under each note.
Coming soon: Group calls are not supported yet. Premium features and CRM sync are design ideas only, with no billing.
Up and running in three steps.
- Turn Call Notes on and download the speech model.
- During a CubeLine call, tap Notes; the other person is told first.
- After the call, read the summary and tap a to-do to add it to your calendar.
Call Notes has no internet access; call audio is encrypted while waiting, deleted after transcribing, and notes are stored encrypted on the phone, with the speech model downloaded once on Wi-Fi by the Phone app.
